Who We Are

LLEADS Group Ltd was founded by people passionate about purposeful high-quality leadership development. They grew up and worked in the African context and had personal experience of challenges in that setting. They were lucky to access high-quality, high-impact world-class leadership development and benefitted from its phenomenal impact on their lives both corporately and personally.

However, they lived their corporate lives with a deep inner dissatisfaction realizing that whereas the African continent was in dire need of such high-impact programs, it was the one place least targeted and prioritized for such interventions. The hearts of millions of leaders across Africa hungered for turning-point learning experiences they would never access. They would never afford the cost of tuition. They would never afford travel cost to global training hubs. They would never afford hotels and meals. They would never even get study leave to get away from work to learn.

LLEADS Group was founded to be a lead player in democratizing high-quality high-impact world-class leadership development that prioritizes Africa and addresses bottlenecks that hinder access for millions on the continent.
